I dropped off my vehicle for service because the infotainment screen is non-functional. Although I was told a loaner might be available, I’ve been informed today that none are in stock. This is a significant inconvenience. I feel that they are not giving importance or they don't want to give importance. Will keep posting here about next update.
Service department is a scam. Always upselling on unnecessary repairs. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer.

Charged $800 to change a battery on a 2019 Range Rover sport when even the most expensive alternative dealers were less than half that. Great and friendly dealer when you are buying a new car or servicing under warranty, complete crooks otherwise.
Sewell Jaguar and Land Rover North Austin is the most DISHONEST and SCANDALOUS dealership someone could go to. I dropped off my Land Rover to be looked at for a check engine light(engine was misfiring). They(service tech named ROBIN) claimed to repair damages costing approximately $6,000, however they stated we need to do approximately $3,000 more repair work to get the car in working condition (no more engine misfires, since they apparently didn't fix that to begin with). Thanos was incredibly responsive to my many questions, provided all the necessary documentation without being requested, and could answer all my Range Rover specific questions without having to consult a manual.

Sewell Land Rover is the WORST SERVICE COMPANY I have ever dealt with. I brought my Land Rover in because the service light came on. I live in Ft. Worth but am a Sewell loyalist so chose Sewell Land Rover in Austin to get my new Range Rover. It was well worth the 3 hr drive back and forth! This was a bit of an odd situation. I was driving my daughter to Austin from our home in Maine, she was moving into a new place. My old, 2017, FJ Cruiser had finally succumbed to age and the harsh Maine winters. It sat back at home in my driveway. Poor experience so far at this dealership. Called the local number for a service appointment at 7:30am. The rep, Teresa, said if I came in within the hour they would have a loaner ready for me. I arrived at 8:25a and my car was checked in for service.
